These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and phcrown8 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phcrown8 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phcrown8 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phcrown8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the phcrown8 Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

phcrown8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of phcrown8 services, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phcrown8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phcrown8 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcrown8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phcrown8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: phcrown8 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You must promptly notify phcrown8 of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

Deposits: phcrown8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phcrown8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. phcrown8 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

Currency: All transactions on phcrown8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcrown8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a phcrown8 deposit is considered a breach of these Terms. phcrown8 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds subject to a chargeback, and pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.

phcrown8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus terms;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;

• phcrown8 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the phcrown8 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generators: All phcrown8 slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and unbiased. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All live dealer games are conducted in accordance with the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to players.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, phcrown8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the players involved. phcrown8's decision in such matters is final.

Disconnection Policy: phcrown8 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in real-money games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phcrown8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one phcrown8 account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money Laundering: Using the phcrown8 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks against deposits made to phcrown8;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through arbitrage, matched betting using phcrown8 funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phcrown8 systems, databases, or other members' accounts.

All content on the phcrown8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phcrown8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phcrown8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use any phcrown8 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phcrown8 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcrown8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond phcrown8's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcrown8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phcrown8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on phcrown8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

phcrown8 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may also close your phcrown8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phcrown8 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact phcrown8 support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phcrown8's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

phcrown8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phcrown8 will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the phcrown8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
